Buehner, a high-level official in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, coined an adage often mistakenly attributed to Maya Angelou: They may forget what you said — but they will never forget how you made them feel. For her "Pensive Pause" this time around, Joanne Winetzki explores the positive spin empathy puts on our relationships.
